I run programme operations for teams supporting learners and founders. I build participant trackers, partner CRMs and funder reports, using M-Pesa for payments and SMS or WhatsApp for updates, and I stay on to run them. I also coordinate the Wednesday entrepreneurs' meetup at Hackhouse Africa.

The work between sessions matters.

When learners miss sessions, someone needs to follow up. Partner replies and reporting compete for that same time. I handle the weekly work and build trackers that show what needs attention.

Meetups happen every week

I coordinate Hackhouse Wazee, a group of entrepreneurs who meet every Wednesday at Hackhouse Africa. I make sure each meetup happens and the work gets done.

Support continues after graduation

Graduates have somewhere to turn after the course ends. At AfricaHackon, I run the alumni inbox and WhatsApp line, with surveys and check-in calls to stay in touch.

Partners stay in view

The next conversation should not depend on finding an old spreadsheet. I build and run the Latitude59 Partner Hub, with one pipeline from first lead to renewal and a short brief for each partner.

Give learners a reason to keep going when they fall behind. I run weekly sessions and one-to-one follow-ups, and get unresolved issues to the right people. At ALX, I walked 160+ VA cohort 14 learners to graduation. At Startup Garage Academy, I was the main contact for 70+ founders through to graduation.
